Being a global team means we value people with diverse experiences, backgrounds, specialisms, and skills.

The role

We are looking for an EDMS systems administrator to expand the existing team’s capability to host and service projects on Autodesk’s Construction Cloud platform, with a focus on BIM 360 / Autodesk Docs.

Working as part of our global technical software services (TSS) team, you will also assist with the day-to-day running and maintenance of other EDMS solutions such as Bentley’s ProjectWise estate in order to provide agile solutions combining processes, practices, and tools whilst supporting engineering projects and teams.

This will involve working closely with project teams and business leaders to define requirements, design and implementing solutions that support project delivery, automating and streamlining our operations and processes.

The global technical software services team designs, delivers, operates, and supports the advanced engineering software and platform used by Arup’s engineers to deliver world-class outcomes to our clients.

The role reports to the global head of technical software services, based in Brisbane.

Arup is a firm built on delivering amazing projects and I really enjoy working closely with colleagues in the business to help them get them most out of technical software.

It is always a great feeling to know we have supported engineers to resolve any technical issues and ultimately help them meet their deliverables and deadlines.

Getting things done is always a team effort, so I’m constantly learning and developing from others.
