Position Purpose

To manage and standardise the global reporting for COLT across all the systems (FDE tablets, ESP, Kiosk, other’ TBD) and across a balanced scorecard.

To align the reporting with the global best practice, Shaping Our Future reports and work with the local teams to ensure all the data is agreed and aligned

To identify any gaps in data and build any new reports required

To carry out proactive analysis on the data and report into the local teams

Major / Key Accountabilities

  • Build, manage and standardise a global, balanced scorecard related to COLT
  • To work with existing best practice, align SoF or IT governance on reporting and identify any gaps to be built out
  • Work with IT and other stakeholders to build out a complete suite of automated reports in line with the above
  • Accurate daily, weekly & monthly reporting related to service centre, country, regional and global performance
  • Follow the standard reporting time lines with no delays
  • Align reporting across all the COLT and dependent systems to effectively monitor COLT success
  • To perform proactive analysis on the data and provide informative interpretations to the implementation and support teams
  • Highlight any errors and failures in reporting
  • To provide important feedback related to milestones and highlight risks related to missing objectives
  • To align data in the reports with the local teams, COLT, Supply Chain Stakeholders, Supply Chain Finance
  • Provide training and support the COLT teams and the stakeholders on how to interpret and use the reports
  • Able to work collaborative in a team and individually

  • Strong skills and experience in reporting systems (BW, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience with logistics and supply chain industries
  • Experience with working on multi stakeholder projects
  • Experience with working closely with CHEP IT
  • Experience with finance and finance reporting
  • Essential : English

    Desirable : Spanish / French / German
