You will be joining the Manage my Booking team, responsible for Kiwi’s post-booking pages, in other words, the booking has been made, now it’s time to travel! Your work will directly impact the travel experience of half million users per week.
We build a great bunch of features that let our passengers order and pay for additional services for their booking; choose their meals and seats or change details of their flights.
But we’re also helping our passengers find their way out of trouble when the unexpected happens; cancellations, flight re-schedules or assisting them with refund claims.

Distributed engineering team.
Direct cooperation with Product Managers, QA, UX / UI and other engineering teams.
We’re trying hard to be practically agile , typically using some version of Scrum (two weeks sprints, standups, planning, retrospective, refinements) or Kanban.
Team can decide to a large extent about it’s own way of working.
Daily releases and delivery.
Responsibilities :
Implementing new features to serve customers.
Improving product we design through design and product reviews.
Writing high quality, tested and maintainable code.
Doing code reviews for others in the team.
What do we expect from you?
We need a fast learner full of energy, curiosity and passion. The length of professional experience doesn’t matter. The energy and passion does, more than anything else.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills; ability to work with minimum guidance.
Real experience in software development in any programming language but preferably React.
Ability to work with remote teams.
Willingness to understand users’ needs.
A mindset to solve problems, not tasks.
B2 or similar level of English (no certification needed). We can teach you how to do professional Software Engineering but a lot of that teaching and mentoring will come in English.
