thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services is now seeking a Customer Service Plant Liaison to be based out of our customer location in Toledo, OH during the B Shift (Wednesday-Saturday, 5pm-3 : 30am).
This position provides professional and effective communication and Customer Service as a liaison between thyssenkrupp team members, including drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees as well as our customer.
The person who takes this position will support thyssenkrupp employees by promoting a total quality environment and will respond to and work to resolve customer concerns.
Key Accountabilities :
Provides quality assurance support onsite at the customer location
Uses computers frequently to perform administrative duties within Microsoft and Google programs
Coordinates issue resolution between customer and appropriate internal staff members to resolve issues to prevent disruptions and defects
Drives process improvements, troubleshoots issues and performs root cause analysis
Uses strong communication skills and always adhere to a high level of personal and professional presentation as this is a client facing role
Works with employees to meet all customer goals and requirements
Participates, supports, and complies with all health, safety, and 6S initiatives
