Currently we are looking for IT Field Service Engineer Spain who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients / Contracts that require continuous support.
As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service. It is responsible of identifying and receiving incidents on-site, and report / escalate them accordingly within the Service Organization.
As IT Field Service Engineer Spain you are responsible for :
Responsible for the daily operational administration and support of Enterprise Imaging and Reporting systems and applications.
Oversees integration and configuration of diagnostic imaging modalities as well as non-DICOM image.
In collaboration with Imaging Informatics staff, provides system support and works closely with clinicians and physicians who acquire and / or interpret images to evaluate and develop most efficient workflows.
Acts as a liaison between the Enterprise Imaging department and customers to deliver value-added capabilities with respect to image acquisition, management, and viewing.
Provides on-call support for designated imaging areas as needed.
What you bring to the table :
University degree in IT science or Engineering
At least 2 years of professional experience in the similar position
Strong knowledge of Windows & Solaris operating system, DB (SQL / Oracle), storage solutions, networking concept, data migration & system error analysis
Strong communications skills (oral / written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers
Customer focus attitude and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of healthcare environment with focus on Radiology and cardiology IT mkt.
Application skills (clinical background)
Good language skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbally
