Our client is allowing investors across the globe to complete real estate transactions online using an innovative platform developed in Dublin.
They’re changing the way property is bought and sold, making the process more transparent, more efficient and more convenient.
With operations in Ireland, South Africa, Spain, the UK and Cyprus, they are expanding rapidly - and are now seeking a Chief Product and Technology Officer to drive the next wave of their success.
The Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for technology and product teams.
Product
Develop a clear product strategy, working with the executive team, combining new product launches with incremental improvements to the core platform to increase engagement.
Drive new revenue opportunities via the platform.
Lead other partnership opportunities that drives growth and overall success for the company
Technology
Define a long-term technology strategy for the overall company
People
Focus on attracting and retaining the right technology talent.
Hire the right leadership team to tactically execute the vision.
Create the right vendor partnerships to drive logical, practical value to the business
Be a great business technology leader up and down the organisation
Contribute to the commercial sales cycle
10+ years B2B software product engineering, and 5+ years at the senior management level, managing technical leaders / managers
Strong understanding of engineering and delivery processes including project and product management skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities, execute at both the strategic and tactical level.
Exceptional communicator and excellent stakeholder management
Must be collaborative with high energy
NET / python stack Hands-on coding is not required but it would be advantageous to know the stack / environment
A top of the market salary and remuneration package awaits the successful candidate.
The role can be based in either Dublin or Madrid.
