Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate the delivery of consulting services activities and the implementation solutions that extract and maximize business value from IT investments at client sites.
Coach, mentor, manage and develop a team to ensure the alignment of consulting services to client requirements.
Streamline consulting services procedures in order to allow the clients’ organization to shift gears and adapt as priorities change over time with management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that client projects are executed.
Responsible for compiling consulting services reports.
Ensure client expectations in performance improvement and business cost reduction are met by setting team priorities and providing direction for consulting services engagements.
Proactively manage assessment process and support the roadmap and business case development for enterprise technology services.
Provide information for future-state consulting services structures, processes and methodologies.
Work with internal stakeholders to execute a strategic plan that outlines how to incorporate business processes, systems and applications into a flexible technology aligned to business goals.
Manage and coordinate the activities for a complete, structured and actionable plan for managing the enterprise's future information system.
Provide information for the operational plan for consulting services engagements to support the roadmap and business case development for consulting services.
Analyze trends and recommend improvements to existing consulting services.
Manage the delivery against customer expectations and drive customer excellence.
Participate in client negotiations as and when required.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications :
Degree in Technology and / or Business Management
Required Experience :
Demonstrable client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management
Proven experience in integrating the solution for the particular project with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices
Project management and business development experience are advantageous.
Demonstrable experience in a consulting and senior IT role within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment
Demonstrated project management experience
Business development experience
