Optimize content, rate and availability competitiveness on the HomeAway sites to improve booking conversion -You will execute effectively based on KPI metrics set by leadership and exceed specific targets with owners -

Educate owners on the self-service features available on HomeAway -You develop and sustain strong owner relationships by providing relevant data insight and direction -

You secure additional inventory over high demand and compression periods to satisfy traveler demand -You support owner retention efforts through smooth onboarding of Vacation Rental Owners -

Stay on top of key demand / supply indicators, economic data, trends and competitive information within the designated strategic market and at national level.

    Highly fluent in German & English -Bachelor's Degree or equivalent -At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in a B2C environment -

    Proven consultative approach and analytical skills -Demonstrate ability to work based on a variety of metrics (targets, goals and / or strategic objectives) -

    Ability to utilize performance, market and competitor data analysis to implement meaningful action plans based on the data -

    Oriented to action, agreeing on, and delivering upon, agreed actions both internally & externally -Excellent listening skills, plus strong written and verbal interpersonal skills - knowledge is a plus
