Role purpose : Will be responsible for the acquisition and development of multinational customers in the Italian market.
Its objective will be the generation of incremental business, customer development and value management and increase the customer loyalty.
The relationship with the customer will be mostly by email, telephone and using collaboration tools such as Lync, Skype, Sales Force, according to Inside Sales methodology.
The priority is to be proactive by identifying hidden or explicit needs of the customer, proposing solutions for communication and digital transformation, leveraging on the strength of Vodafone Global Enterprise as a global provider of solutions worldwide.
The Inside Sales Account Manager will work closely in collaboration with the Global Account Manager (GAM) in the assigned accounts and will be responsible for replicating the global strategy defined by the GAM at the local level.
Preparation, negotiation and follow-up of offers : prepare and negotiate the personalized offers according to the customer and follow up on them until the closing of the operation, requesting and collaborating with other departments of the company in special offers and requesting approvals of business cases modifications of Client conditions if applicable.
Control of the assigned customer base : control compliance with the objectives of the assigned accounts, monitoring results, evolution of the account and propose corrective measures against deviations in pursuit of the achievement of the objectives.
Management of the customer portfolio : address incidents and problems of customers through post-sales advice, and create needs to inform them of new products and services incorporated into the market by the company.
Education and professional experience :
University degree / Bachelor preferably. Profiles without studies are not discarded as long as they have experience in selling technical solutions and solid knowledge of the Telco / IT sector.
Valuable telephone sales experience using collaboration tools such as Lync, Skype, Sales Force etc.
We will value also experience in Direct Selling managing Large Accounts preferably in the ICT sector (sale of ICT solutions, data centers, cloud applications, projects with partners and integrators, etc.).
Speaks Italian at a native level.
Good level of spoken and written English.
