  • Transfer and Activity Bank a supplier of transfer routes and destination activities as well as excursions and car rental products and New Ventures a business that offers a variety of solutions to help push boundaries in visa outsourcing and processing, marketing solutions and B2B car rental booking.

    All of Hotelbeds Group business units play an important role in reshaping travel across a diverse range of market segments.

    Providing both our industry partners and the end consumer a consolidated range of in-depth products worldwide, the Transfer & Activity Bank offers +16,000 transfer routes and over 8,000 destination activities worldwide including theatre, sport and theme park tickets, excursions and car rental products with immediate confirmation 365 days a year.

    Utilising advanced technology platforms including XML API, white-label and online widget solutions these products are distributed via the Bedbank brands as well as through the Transfer and Activity Banks industry partners and own specialist brands including : Hotelextras, Isango, Guidego and Let s shuttle.

    This position sits within our Ancillary Bank unit.



    To optimize sales & profitability for transfer activities and insurances across all distribution channels, according to the Revenue Management global strategy and establishing ad hoc actions as per trends spotted in the purchasing behaviors of our customers and competitive position vs major market players.

    Follow up of all the actions undertaken and recommendation of the next steps with the estimation of the impact of those actions.

    Make sure that objectives are reached, deadlines are met and offices are given a proper feedback and their queries & requests are replied to in a timely manner.


    Lead and coordinate the optimization of revenue (sales & profitability).

    Ensure procedures are followed and revenue objectives are met through the identification of best practices.

    Detect risks & opportunities linked to sales & profitability by analyzing data created in the periodical reports and take the appropriate action towards those risks and opportunities.

    Standardize all revenue procedures such as reports and processes in order create one single revenue policy.

    Supervise the development of projects to optimize the execution of pricing strategy for a different segments of product (transfer pricing)


  • At least 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management / Reporting roles, preferably in a fast-paced multinational company.
  • At least 2 years’ experience managing people with preferably revenue or analytical profiles.
  • Demonstrates outstanding analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver on the details.
  • Excellent leadership skills and able to lead, motivate and develop teams through change.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
