About the Role : We are looking for a Project Manager (f / m / d) for Business Solutions for Provider Customers to join our Medical products Division.
The purchasing activities of hospitals are mainly bundled in buying groups or group purchasing organisations but also tender organisations and trusts.
You will facilitate efforts to build, test and implement programs and services to improve the purchasing experience of those customers.
You will work with the respective sales teams and the customers on value solutions. The role can be based either in Barcelona or Putzbrunn.
Actively support the Provider Selling Team in the negotiations in terms of insights through reports, data, potential cost savings to both internal stakeholders or external customers for non-clinical solutions and value-added services Gore is offering
Leverage data captured from Provider sales team, Marketing and Analytics as well as Divisional initiatives (Provider 2.
0, eCommerce strategy), to analyse and interpret customer needs and propose, as well as implement, action plans and solutions
Solicit feedback from customers to gain insights into customers objectives and goals, as well as to ensure deployed solutions are having the agreed upon outcome
In partnership with relevant sales functions, identify and prioritize areas of improvement in collaboration with the Provider Customers
Create new, or modify existing Business solutions in support of functional initiatives to drive efficiency for customers whom we choose to win with
Provide continuous updates on project progress, status. towards meeting the projects defined and agreed upon success criteria both for the Customer and Gore
Partner with the Global Business Solutions function to drive and tailor Supply Chain initiatives adapted to the EMEA realities and needs
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years health care experience in sales enablement
Project management skills that demonstrate the ability to prioritize, initiate and complete projects on time
Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
Strong influencing skills in a matrix organization
Proven experience in business development or sales operations
Network and interface effectively with various functions internally and externally
Tools and systems acumen
English fluently, other languages welcome
