Job Description

The purpose of this role is to connect Brambles strategic functional and regional goals, with global talent and learning solutions to ensure our talent in the regions and functions have the required skills to deliver results today and in the future.

The role is also in charge of implementing the Global Integrated Talent Cycle for Brambles in the region / function under his / her responsibility ensuring key stake holders in the region / function are engaged and with the required know how to live the ITC.

Scope :

Work collaboratively with regional / functional Business Leaders, HRBP s and central T&L Team to understand the talent implications of the business ambitions in the region / function under his / her responsibility.

The aim is to focus on closing the skills gap in the region / function by connecting global talent assets to local business needs, developing and leading local T&L solutions, and flowless adoption of the Talent Cycle from beginning to end.

Major / key accountabilities :

  • Identify skill and leadership gaps within the region and propose and implement initiatives to address these gaps (both from central T&L portfolio or locally designed)
  • Partner with business and HR leaders in the region to develop a breadth of strategies to develop and engage the best talent
  • Ensure a solid pipeline of succesors for key positions in the region / function by identifying internal candidates, readiness, development prioritites and partnering with business and HR leaders to co-design relevant Individual Development Plans for them
  • Own the Integrated Talent Cycle in the region by leading a flowless implementation of the different touchpoints, providing feedback for improvement to central T&L team
  • Monitor and improve efficiency and effectiveness metrics regarding talent programs and processes in the region
  • Lead the execution of Talent programs and process regionally working collaboratively with HR Partners
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding Talent Process training T&L Regional / functional Partners
  • Provides insight and information to Talent Strategy, Talent Programs to enable talent decisions
  • Act as a feeder to T&L Programs and T&L Process and Strategy
  • Experience

  • Experience in both HR Business Partner and Talent Management preferably across multiple fortune 500 companies working in a matrix environment.
  • Experience owning and deploying Talent Management Processes process monitoring, measuring, executing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the processes.
  • Strong track record in managing and influencing others, It is required to team up with other members of staff in the organization from various departments / functions / countries towards achieving the desired business goals.
