How to contribute to our visionThe position supports the development of the roadmap and strategy for service upgrade related products by identifying and qualifying ideas and proposals from internal and external partners.
The products will relate to AEP upgrades of the turbines but also developing new processes and tools for reducing O&M cost.
A large part of the new products will be utilizing load margins in site specific situations.In short, we want colleagues who can bring forth ideas and enjoy working in a team to test them.

On the professional side we are looking for technical lead engineer who has worked with R&D in O&M related projects within the loads domain.
It is a prerequisite that you have minimum 2 years of experience from the wind O&M industry developing tools and processes.
The position will require prior experience with technical road mapping and project management. Furthermore a proficiency level C2 in English.
