We are looking for engineers to extend our international service team.
Your responsibilities
24x7 support (3 shift operation)
1st line technical support for OpenStack cloud infrastructure
1st line technical support for Kubernetes
1st line technical support for CEPH storage
Monitoring, troubleshooting and corrective actions
Account management (creation, modification and deletion)
Cloud Platform Upgrades
Our requirements
Advanced experience in Linux administration and large setups
Advanced hands-on knowledge in at least some of the solutions used in the cloud platforms such as OpenStack and CEPH
Containers - especially with Docker or Kubernetes
Cloud computing (provisioning, monitoring, orchestration, etc.)
Virtualization - primarily using OpenStack
Ability to work with diverse teams in a dynamic environment
Good communication skills and strong capability to work in virtual teams dealing with remote and local teams
Fluent in English language
