Mission and responsibilities :
You will work alongside other colleagues of the European team and report directly to the Market Manager for the Netherlands.
The primary focus of this role is to work on the development of the business in the Netherlands, which is one of the countries of the international expansion of Openbank.
Your main tasks will include to execute benchmarking and map the Dutch market, find opportunities for improvement in existing processes and customer journeys, maintain relationship with local partners and performing user acceptance testing.
To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, a will-do attitude and be able to translate difficult concepts into practical solutions.
The main tasks of this position will be the following :
Support on the strategic decisions for Openbank in the Dutch market.
Evaluating customer journeys and business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, and help in the design and implementation of solutions.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities and partners.
Assist in the definition, execution and reporting of User Acceptance testing
Map customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered by Openbank in the Netherlands.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
Impact through projects, collaborating with various team members to innovate and implement growth strategies.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and translate into actions.
Working closely with clients and internal stakeholder.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Staying up to date on the latest fintech, banking and competitor news in the Netherlands.
What are we looking for in this position?
0-2 years of experience.
Master’s degree preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Strong in terms of communication, cooperation, and with a just do it' mentality
Attention to detail
Grace under pressure, and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine practical solutions.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Native Dutch, Fluent in English. Spanish would be a plus
