Your responsibilities

  • Being the Robotics and Discrete Automation s business process owner for the on-line platform.
  • Establishing customer requirements, expectations and competitive analyses.
  • Developing the on-line platform strategy to ensure high level of customer experience.
  • Growing the Service on-line sales volumes from existing baseline and identifying the potential portfolio that could be offered online.
  • Executing an e-commerce self-serve business model in a direct sales culture.

  • Creating a business plan to invest in on-line platforms and e-commerce with expected paybacks.
  • Defining the KPIs and setting targets to measure and track the progress of our Service on-line platform.
  • Setting the productization standards for on-line platforms and participating in defining appropriate / innovative business models.
  • Managing the e-relationship with customers via the Customer Portal and other customer facing portals / applications.
  • Providing governance to application owners to establish the IS landscape to succeed (MyABB, BOL).
  • Identifying and developing business opportunities to extend ABB’s e-commerce capabilities with external partners and platforms.
  • Working with marketing to promote the on-line sales channel.
  • Lead forum of local super users within RA

  • Your background

  • Senior e-commerce experience in a B2B environment.
  • Service business orientation and experience with statistical and financial evaluation tools.
  • Experience in project management, sales, engineering or service operations.
  • Strong product management skills.
  • Creative, outgoing and enthusiastic personality, able to work with a wide diversity of people.
  • Willing to lead in a dynamic team environment with 360 communication and facilitation skills.
  • Customer focused and resourceful in getting things done.
  • Ability to simplify and articulate complex solutions and aptitude to deliver results.
