Visitors meet and greet
Welcome all visitors in person on entry to the building in a professional and friendly manner
Seek to understand the nature of the customers visit
Ensure customer speaks to the correct internal team member
Brief the customer of our products and services where appropriate and sell our services.
Answer and screen all calls efficiently and professionally
Source details in the first instance to ensure calls are handled effectively then redirect or take messages as is needed
Manage and be responsible for the day to day prompt answering of the phone lines.
General ad hoc support as may be needed
Test TV channels at 9am / 12.30pm and 5pm and flag any issues
Report any technical problems to the technical helpdesk
