The CRM Growth Specialist will be responsible for communications across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging. You will collaborate with different parts of the business to create and execute campaigns to increase acquisition, engagement, and retention for our rapidly growing community of 1M+ users across Europe.
As the CRM Growth Specialist, you will…
Support the Growth team to manage end-to-end campaign creation and execution including ideation, planning, creative briefing process, translations for 6+ languages, scheduling, and QA
Use marketing automation tool, Braze, to build triggered and automated flows, and maintain customer segments
Stay up to date with the latest CRM functionalities and take the lead on operational improvements to ensure the team is working in the most efficient and effective manner
Work closely with data and technical teams on data management, integrations, and automation projects
Run A/B and multivariate tests, and analyze the experiments to uncover new insights and socialize results
Analyze and report results from campaigns to drive continuous improvements and learnings

You have some experience with marketing automation platforms
You have some experience in mobile marketing or fintech (added bonus)
You have some knowledge of HTML/CSS
You speak English fluently (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
