We are looking for a passionate cloud solution architect with hands-on implementation experience in Data and Analytics space, covering one or more of the following : Cloud Data Analytics, Data Modernization, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, and others.
Practical knowledge of the technologies and products in your area of expertise, hands-on experience with solution delivery is a must.
The immediate team you will be a part of interacts closely with customers, product groups for the respective technologies, global field roles such as Cloud Solution Architects, Customer Engineers, Customer Success Account Managers as well as senior leadership team.
This is a highly dynamic, high pace position requiring technical depth, agility and independent decision making while dealing with ambiguity.

Understand market demand and customers’ data estate, including common workloads, use patterns and business priorities and needs, focusing in the specific area of expertise
Apply technical knowledge to help implement solutions, help solve technical customer problems; build technical collateral
Understand current technical capabilities of the Azure and competing products and platforms
Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement based on customer, field and internal stakeholder feedback and help incorporate them into the overall technical strategy
Help define and drive end-to-end programs for execution of the technical strategy
Serve as the technical lead and interface between Azure field teams and Azure Engineering in respective areas and help with content delivery when / where needed
Technical knowledge and experience
Experience working with large Enterprise customers and field communities in consulting or similar roles, leading deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and support of highly distributed applications
Experience in building products and services as part of Engineering teams either as Program Manager or Engineering positions
Deep domain expertise in one of the Data-specific areas, such as SQL Server, deployments and migrations to the cloud, Open-source database deployments and migrations, Cloud Scale Analytics, Data Governance, etc.
Hands-on experience and technical expertise with respective products and technologies
Working knowledge of Azure and / or competitive cloud technologies

Ability to run complex program management at a global scale, including cross-project planning and resource orchestration, as well as the ability to consistently identify and drive program enhancements
Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute cross-org and drive for results in ambiguous environments, independence in decision making, ability to problem-solve
Proven ability to quickly adapt in rapidly evolving business situations
Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions / projects

Strong Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences and with different levels of an organization
