We look for an expert in Drives for Serial Machinery. This position in the Marketing team have the role of leading the OEM business inside the Drives organization, being responsible for promote visits to key customers, provide the right solution from technical evaluation to testing, product management and coordination with factories and sales organization.
We look for a customer oriented profile with high team spirit, collaborative, dynamic and proactive.
Ensure technical and commercial support to Sales force
Define marketing plan, including communication activities, training and sales for the products under responsibility
Evaluate market and coordinate actions with Sales
Ensures that Sales and AVP are properly skilled and have the right tools for sale
Coordination and leadership with factories
Launch products to market (marketing mix)
Provide feedback to factories about market needs and trends
Electrical / electronical engineering degree
MBA or postgraduate in Marketing and Sales appreciated
More than 5 years of experiene in product / market management
Expert in drives applications for OEMs
Fluent English and Spanish level
Willingness to travel 2-4 times per month inside Spain (1-2 days), 2-4 times per year in Europe (2-4 days)
