Key player in the cooperation between the IT and outside stakeholders, you have as Feature Engineer a drive to make complex changes happen within and across different teams.
Your holistic view as well as your knowledge of both Business and IT states are crucial in the translation of business epics into features, in a sequence that delivers customer value as early as possible (strong Minimum Viable Product mindset).
You even support the breakdown of features into user stories to ensure that business epics are translated into working IT solutions.
You define and align the roadmaps between squads from same or different Tribes and other parts of the organization and thoroughly manage dependencies.

Demonstrate an extensive understanding of the business domain and processes as well as the underlying architectural model, applied to real customer value.
Demonstrate understanding of IT concepts and have significant knowledge of the IT landscape and (new) technologies for your domain.

knowing how business processes utilize IT solutions
Track record in reducing complexity and of delivering complex IT initiatives across multiple teams
Demonstrates mastery in writing skills understandable and easy to read feature
Nice to Have :
Excellent social skills
Should have produced white papers and did presentations and contributions to open source community
Experience in terms of working on containers
Working Knowledge of nosql database like Cassandra, MongoDB
Having experience in terms of understanding of Spotify agile and Dreyfus way of working is nice to have
