assess the clients’ needs and identify customer requirements, before developing and delivering cohesive projects that improve the operations of a business through more efficient procedures and systems.
you are responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the consulting service, being a key contact towards our customers during deployment and always seeking for the highest level of customer happiness.
leading workshops, interviews, results analysis and report out surveys and other activities with client.
analyzing business data to assess situations, assigning tasks to team members, and problem-solving when issues arise. You may work on a consulting basis and typically divide your time between their office and client etc.

you are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with key partners within our business unit
at least 5 years of experience in a management consulting firm or equivalent internal corporate role, dealing within an international environment.
you like to analyze business processes from a cost efficiency and perspective.
English is must, any other European language is a plus.
Good understanding of SW and IT business applications used by enterprise brand owner customers.
Ability to travel globally (from 40% of your time, with peaks of up to 60% in busy periods).
