Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Bring subject matter expertise related to multi-technology infrastructure design best practices.
Work in partnership with internal stakeholders on the development of the architectural approach for one or more layers of a solution.
Participate in the investigation, planning, coordination, and preparation of feasibility studies relative to new computer-based systems and modifications to existing systems.
Work on strategies and solutions that define meta-architectural designs for solutions, addressing the styles, mechanisms and principles that combine to formulate the architectural vision for a specific environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders on the development of new services to take to market, information on relevant vertical markets and keep up to date on developments in specific technology domains
Participate in the pre-sales process.
Collaborate with sales on selling solutions and services.
Engage with clients.
Participate in the delivery of business development processes including opportunity identification, presales, scoping, deal closing and driving delivery.
Design principle methodologies to perform a detailed analysis of the client requirements.
Present clients with solutions and convince and persuade internal and external stakeholders of the right course of action.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes :
Specialist knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
Excellent understanding of multi-technology infrastructure design coupled with strategic thinking ability.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of systems, software and programming languages including Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Arista, Ansible, Python, Checkpoint, Perle, etc.
Automation expertise is a plus!
Knowledge of cloud architecture including expertise in AWS and Azure.
Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically

Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business

Academic Qualifications and Certifications :
Degree in relevant field
TOGAF / ITSM knowledge
Required Experience :
Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment
Multi-technology infrastructure design experience
Demonstrable level of expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, demonstrating good experience in client needs assessment and change management
Experience in Wi-Fi site survey and designs is a plus
Experience in Wireless / Cellular RF survey / designs is a plus
Experience using tools such as iBwave, Ekahau is a plus
Technical expertise in different wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, cellular, Bluetooth is a plus
Experience with OT security tools such as Claroty, Cybervision is a plus
Experience with manufacturing OT network and security workloads is a plus
