Contact with HQ : mails, calls, incidents. Logistic incidents. Archive invoices and credit notes (both customers and suppliers).
Send documents regularly to our HQ (invoices, bank information, etc.) and to the Sales Forde (copies of invoices and credit notes).
Solve logistical issues (track boxes, replace lost products, solve crossed-boxes situations, etc.) and follow-up Prepare statistics (Excel) for Sales Office Manager.
