We provide the most current, accurate and reliable closing cost data in the industry, as well as innovative solutions that dramatically improve productivity to mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, providers and others to save them time and money on residential real estate transactions.

Through our network of over 20,000 real estate service providers, we maintain the most comprehensive database of up-to-date closing costs, including recording fees & transfer taxes, for all residential properties in America.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for selling the company’s Fee and Order Management solutions to prospective clients in the residential lending industry.
  • Responsible for the development of new business opportunities by leveraging existing strong business relationships.
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers & performs follow-up tasks with potential customers by telephone, e-mail and on-site visits as necessary to qualify leads and sell our solutions.
  • Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
  • Performs product solution demonstrations online and onsite. Onsite visits require travel, typically 7-9 days monthly.
  • Develops new business relationships, works closely with new customers to better understand and meet their individual needs and requirements.
  • Prepares reports of business transactions.

  • Successfully delivers revenue on consultative solution sales
  • Maintain timely and accurate entry of opportunity progress, contacts, pricing, and sales activities for new customer data and other sales data for current customers in into Salesforce.com.
  • Identifies potential customer problems and makes recommendations to prevent problems with deliveries or other issues.
  • Serves as subject matter expert.
  • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Creates formal networks that may involve coordination among groups.
  • Make successful contact with prospective customers and gather and assess their requirements
  • Achieve all revenue targets & objectives in line with the assignment
  • Report business trends and an accurate forecast of new bookings to the Head of Sales
  • Develop & maintain successful business relationships with all prospects
  • Identify what our prospective lending clients want in their disclosure process for fees and reconciliation
  • Effectively plan and organize each day to ensure all opportunities are maximized
  • Develop a full understanding of the changing regulatory environment in the mortgage lending market-place
  • Attend user group meetings and industry conferences
  • Assist to identify the opportunities for upcoming products, and for development and enhancement of existing products / solutions
  • Negotiate the agreement terms effectively to successfully close sales
  • Required Experience and Skills :

  • College degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or marketing related field
  • 3+ years of mortgage technology sales experience and successful quota attainment
  • Strong mortgage origination knowledge and an understanding of the mortgage workflow and products ordered (appraisal, title, flood, etc) to be able to discuss customer needs and fit with CC solutions easily with full confidence
  • Extensive knowledge of consultative sales and structured data licensing contracts
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work well individually and within a team atmosphere
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, MS Office & Excel; experience with SalesForce.com or equivalent is a plus
  • Possess great people skills and experience in calling cold, warm and hot leads
  • Strong negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers
  • Tenacious work attitude with strong determination to win the deal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time
