The role will report to Rheumatology Brand Leader.

Key Objectives / Deliverables :

Junior associate responsibilities are listed below :

  • Help the Brand Leader to make meet the goals of the brand , SOM and Plan.
  • Help the brand leader to make it real the customer plan of the brand.
  • Help the brand leader to operationalize the touch point plan for the brand.
  • Help the brand leader and the brand manager to coordinate all franchise programs (national congress, portfolio customer programs)
  • Help the Brand Leader to reinforce for a positive customer experience.
  • Support for Field-Based Personnel : Provide oversight of vision and goals for sales meetings.
  • Collaborate on a daily basis with your medical counterparts who also support the brand.
  • Understand appropriate Marketing and Medical interactions.
  • Interpret published data and look for marketing implication
  • Localize International Business Unit / Global materials for the Spanish market, in line with the Global to Local strategy
  • Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in health science with post graduate studies in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Significant experience in autoimmune field (marketing / medical department).
  • Fluent English (C1, advanced or equivalent)
  • Additional skills / knowledge that will be valued :

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence (in Spain as well as global)
  • Cross customer experience
