Scheduling & Operations Business Process Analyst (m / f / d)

The position can be based in Poland, Germany, Spain or the UK.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Functional Business process focus on Scheduling process, in connection with Operations
  • Support for System functionalities requirement design and enhancements
  • Ensure proper system testing prior to releases, process alignment, and new functionalities
  • Training for business (train the trainer in the regions and if necessary, support overall training)
  • Understand reports requirements and how they will drive decision making process, considering scalability across the globe
  • Data consumption and governance coordination with data management office team
  • Identify and / or define best practices across regional teams Scheduling and Operations processes
  • Interaction with other workstream on new requirements / system developments as well process improvement that would have inference with Scheduling / operations
  • New ERP project implementation expected 50% time mainly during delivery phase
  • Support regional teams / individuals to ensure understanding of business process, proper application of the system functionalities, innovation, and waste reduction opportunities
  • Identify and bring best practices back to regional teams to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist regional organization (Master Planners, Plant Managers, Operations manager, etc) on what good looks like (WGLL) for process execution
  • Be the reference to drive new system enhancements / requirements that will support the order management process Interactions with Business Analyst (BA) and Developer on system related issues / implementations
  • 1st level of testing new developments / enhancement and support (T1 compass)
  • Understand data availability, reports, data required for the proper business decision and measurements
  • Measure regional level of understanding and utilization of the system as well as process execution across the regions
  • Master data requirement definition & governance (and maintaining when this is the case)
  • Be active participant on new ERP implementation for the Scheduling and Operations (Supply Chain & Manufacturing) workstream, joining workshops, testing, UAT, process and system training / implementation across the globe
  • The Experience You Will Bring

    Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a relevant education field
  • Fluent English Language skills
  • Business process knowledge and capability to identify business needs planning, scheduling, supply chain, S&OP planning, operations, warehouse and order management
  • Customer Focus and ability to interact with different streams and different levels in the organization to ensure best solutions for the business
  • Ability to prioritize activities and work with minimum level of supervision, making decision
  • Interested and willing to challenge the current status quo, envisioning how the future should look like in relationship to order management

  • Organizational skills, consultative ability, open for challenge
  • Strong communication skills (large team facilitations and training)
  • Infor M3 and other ERP systems for order management is a plus
