Purpose of the job
Manage the team in charge to meet the objectives established by the management.
Ensure the delivery of the fleet in charge. Ensure that the production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are achieved through the execution of the production plan and through the efficient management of resources.
Support for the management of technical activities, based on the objectives of SQCD and
contractual indicators, lead the team through continuous improvement plan, follow up of correct development and application of the Maintenance Plan and contribute to the achievement of customer satisfaction.
Reports Hierarchically to Depot Manager
Networks & links
Internal relationships : Logistics, Engineering, Quality, EHS, DFM
External relations : Renfe and other maintainers.
Realization and participation in accident investigation; Propose measures to improve the safety and environment of the workshop.
Contractual indicators of the projects assigned to their responsibility. Mainly focus on Availability, reliability, train performance.
Objectives established annually according to compliance with performance indicators for standard works and compliance with contractual objectives.
Main Lines KPIs
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar (Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering )
Required Knowledge / Experience
Good interpersonal skills, strong team player, critical thinking, ability to work independently, attention to detail, ability to manage technical risks, desire to learn, problem solving capacity (technical and costs evaluation of a solution).
Valuable experience in a position with responsibility in the management of people and work teams
Ability to make decisions, sense of urgency : sets priorities and reacts immediately when confronted with a problem.
Proactive in proposing solutions, capable of managing multiple / high-priority assignments
Flexibility & Adaptability Ability to evaluate alternative ways of achieving objectives
Able to think critically and using good judgment
Good Communications and interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate on all levels
Must be innovative, detail-oriented, experienced in highly visible projects
Strong analytical skills to interpret research data for reports
