Luxe Talent, international recruitment agency, is searching for a Flagship Store Manager to join an exciting brand, and business, in their store in Madrid city center.

Some of the main functions of the position are as follows : s

In this role you are responsible for the store management, operations, sales & team development, as well as, events coordination in accordance with the company guidelines.

You are hands-on and have a client-centric mindset

to ensure an excellent client experience together and qualitative sales while having best in class leadership skills.

  • Drive sales
  • o Optimise sales by attracting and recruiting new customers, public relations, customer service and customer loyalty

    o Develop and maintain a qualitative customer network with architects and other relevant stakeholders, being an ambassador of the brand, proposing and executing profitable in-store events and participating to local events outside the store

    o Closely monitor sales reports and anticipate merchandise needs to ensure proper sales fulfilment

    o Ensure active client data capture, quotation proposition and follow-up

  • Team Management
  • o Ensure a strong presence on the shop floor to be a role model, support and motivate the team

    o Focus on people development : manage, coach, and train the sales staff

    o Optimise the staff competencies and commercial focus to lead the business growth

    o Ensure that the company s Experience Centre is always optimal staffed

  • Store management
  • o Drive performance by using KPI’s to reach the store targets

    o Oversee store daily operations and activities

    o Identify areas of improvements on processes and guidelines.

    o Provide regular feedback & analysis to develop initiatives and maximize sales.

    o Transversal collaboration with Finance, Logistics, Contact Centre, After Sales Service, Marketing and HR.

    o Liaise with other Store managers and leverage the relationship for more efficiency

    You have a minimum experience of 5 years in the management of a premium store within a Retail team management role.

    You will be the local brand ambassador. In this role, you should ensure excellent client experience and therefore you need to have a qualitative and deep understanding of current & potential clients.

    You are resilient and agile to respond to the demanding clients and seek for solutions.

    You bring experience of working with store financial reports and budgets. You are also used to work with KPI’s and develop action plans.

  • Fluent English and Spanish, another language would be a plus.
