  • Partner with Director to build emerging account marketing capability at scale, with highly trained experts supporting client teams around the globe
  • Team with senior Bain partners to develop account marketing strategies and annual plans for covered industries and select, top priority accounts, in direct collaboration with industry marketing
  • Work alongside practice leadership, and industry marketing to identify and enable execution of key sales play opportunities and campaigns throughout the year, includes building, scaling and optimizing process to move from reactive to proactive model
  • Build, manage, teach and develop team of 5-7 direct reports
  • Work collaboratively with other Marketing teams and other functions
  • Monitor KPIs and performance to optimize Account Marketing effectiveness

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop Account Marketing strategies and annual plans for covered industries within EMEA, based on the relevant Industry Marketing strategies;
  • oversee refinement and execution by EMEA Account Mktg. team For each Industry, develop high level EMEA Account Mktg. strategy by working with the Industry Practice Marketing team;
  • work with relevant direct reports to enable deployment within their accounts Work collaboratively with Industry and Capability Practice marketing to ensure Account Marketing plans are aligned with relevant marketing strategies and are complementary / additiveDevelop initial and annual Account Marketing plans for personally covered P1 accounts;

  • Work with senior Bain partner to identify and execute key sales play opportunities and campaigns throughout the year for priority accounts Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs for sales play performance and inform go-forward industry and capability marketing strategies Monitor campaigns and budget for covered accounts (e.
  • g. click rates, leads, pitches) and where relevant, liaise with Marketing teams to optimize campaignsWork with Partner, Industry and Capability Marketing, and other teams to create custom content and share feedback from clients / Partner (as needed)Provide real-time support for must-win proposals

  • Play strategic, on-going Marketing advisory role to senior Bain partner during the yearTrain Partner and Account Marketing team to use all resources and tacticsMaintain regular communication and update schedule with Partner / Account Team for covered accounts and support team in doing the sameDevelop promoters by building strong relationships with client teams and provide an excellent, low-touch, successful account marketing experience
  • Build, develop and manage team of 5-7 account marketers, ranging from Senior Coordinators to Senior Specialists Oversee and support team in refining Account Mktg.
  • strategy for covered accountsSupport team in continuous engagements with the senior Bain partner (e.g. maintain high level of oversight for top priority clients, oversee identifying opportunities, train team on how to pivot campaigns, invest in upskilling team in communication style and developing promoters, develop campaigns, etc.

  • Manage performance and professional development for direct reports. This includes providing leadership and day-to-day team management, as well as hiring, training and developing teamProvide on-going timely feedback;
  • act as coach and mentor to team membersContinuously share learnings and best practices with all team membersFacilitate cross-regional alignment and sharing best practices within industry

  • Work collaboratively with and innovate alongside other Marketing teams and other functions , share learnings and best practices on effective marketing with other account marketing teams to continue to improve our toolkit, processes and effectiveness and to achieve Bain Marketing’s overarching goals
  • Monitor KPIs and performance to optimize Account Marketing effectiveness, work with the Analytics team to identify best-performing strategies and feed learnings back to Industry and Capability Marketing team as required

  • An undergraduate degree in business / marketing
  • 8-10+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
  • 4-6+ years of people management experience
  • Ability to effectively team with and advise senior Bain leaders
  • Ability to provide advice to office / region on marketing programmes and processes
  • Ability to drive large-scale change in organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multi-tasking and prioritising as needed
  • Client-centric mind set
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
