Toluna is seeking for a high-quality individual to work within our Spanish sales team based in Madrid, who is highly skilled in prospecting new clients, cold calling and arranging meeting with new clients.

Pricing, feasibility and Toluna online platform knowledge will be at the core of the Account Executive function.

We are ideally looking for someone with up to 1 year experience in sales (sales, telesales or sales support role) or market research aiming to develop their career into an Account Manager position.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect identification and lead generation
  • Cold calling market reseach buyers and scheduling in person meetings for senior team
  • Booking online demo of Toluna platforms
  • Use of CRM tool (Sales Force) to report daily actions both in term of profiling and sales activities
  • Support the bidding, feasibility and pricing process
  • Support to sales and marketing activities
  • Product and solutions presentation
  • Educating potential clients about Toluna digital research offering, mainly our DIY solution
  • Attain or exceed all established individual indicators, objectives, quotas and guidelines.
  • Participate in all ongoing Toluna training as required
  • Great understanding of technology products that are disrupting the digital and research industry
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a business environment.
  • Excellent level of English is required.
  • Cold-calling skills to arrange appointments with prospects.
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective client presentations in-person and via the telephone.
  • Effective communications skills - oral, written and presentation.
  • Knowledge of and / or interest in the online research market.
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving, organization skills, able to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Proven ability of working in team.
  • Exhibits resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity, versatility
