About the job
You currently lead 10 developers in our two fast-growing teams for the mobile app and the development of our new business field New Mobility.
Together with your teams, you are responsible for the software architecture and the cloud-based system landscape.
You lead and develop your teams, including technical recruiting, onboarding, disciplinary leadership and individual development.
You work with the teams to design the architecture for a new business area.
You contribute to the tactical plan for growth and team structure - of course taking into account our strategic goals and the skills available and needed in the teams.
You share ideas with the other technical leaders and the agile team to collaborate on the best leadership approaches for our strong agile culture.
The goal : All teams work together as one and help each other.

You have worked as a software developer for at least four years, preferably in a mobile app environment.
You are confident in the design of software architecture and the moderation of decisions in this area.
You can support your employees as a technical coach in agile software development and DevOps topics.
You can discuss technical issues with business stakeholders and explain them in an understandable way.
Experience in agile planning and implementation of IT projects are part of your background.
You communicate your concerns in German as well as in English.
