We are looking for an information security professional with intermediate level skill as an Opensource Compliance and Technical Reviewer.

The candidate must have experience working in an Opensource program and fulfilling a role reviewing software for acceptable use under varied licensing agreements and their terms & conditions.

The position will require background and experience performing Opensource reviews. It will also require an understanding of the intellectual property criteria necessary to direct further reviews to Legal for additional analysis and an approval decision

Responsibilities :

Perform Opensource software analysis; usage, license review, criteria evaluation and assessments

Collaborate with Legal as is necessary to complete reviews and achieve outcomes that protect Client from license violations and liability

Provide guidance, education and support to requesters as necessary so their customer experience is positive and as efficient as possible

Requirements :

Required At least one course completion in Intellectual Property (IP) Law as it relates to Opensource Software

5+ years’ experience reviewing Opensource IP compliance

Passion to work as a member of a team focused on constant improvement and excellence

Demonstrate an ability and desire to be creative and voice out-of-the-box solutions
