Influences management by presenting compelling analyses and recommendations that build the business case for new strategic initiatives.
Directs large, cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate the development of strategic initiatives and partners with business leaders to integrate strategic initiatives across business units.

Manages and controls activities within a single country or a sub-region which is part of a larger geographical Region.
Manages at least 4 employees and typically between 8 and 15 direct reports. Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.
Education and Experience Required :
Advanced degree or demonstrable equivalent with a focus in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, or any other related field.
Minimum 5+ years experience in an Analytics leadership role. The candidate will also have experience working with digital data and tools (e.
g. Adobe, GA), market / business intelligence, strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional business experience.
Knowledge and Skills :
Broad and deep understanding of digital measurement across advertising, behavior, testing, tagging, content management, and cross domain integration.
Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives.
Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge within at least two business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies.
Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations.
Experience developing digital analytics strategy and driving a core competency in digital measurement and analytics capabilities.
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in a team setting, including extended teams where members are not direct reports.
History of success building and developing high-performing analytics teams
Superior communication (written / verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.
Simultaneously managed multiple initiatives on current business as well as future strategy.
