We are looking for a Field Technical Support to join to the Worlwide Support for EMEA region! In this amazing role, you will solve various business systems and applications challenges for internal and external customers and resellers, via incoming customer contacts to HPE Customer Solutions Centers (remote), focusing on solutions for HPE’s signaling and call management products for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.
You will focus on achieving industry leading customer satisfaction and loyalty through delivery of high level technical consulting to our customers.

How you’ll make your mark :
You will participate in problem diagnosis or isolation, driven by the remote support organization (activate tools, capture information in a log file, and perform level 2 diagnosis on telecom software)
You will provide support to resolve defects when problems arise in the customer’s lab or live network environment.
You will take the lead on managing customer issues, appreciate their environment and the impact and guide customers to go through necessary trouble shooting processes to efficiently solve customers' hardware or software issues.
You will provide reports and documentation to the customer about root cause analysis and suggestions to resolve / avoid.
You can partner with our local and worldwide resources to assist in issue resolution
You will responding to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission critical).
You will articulate recommendations and explain resolutions to clients.
You will representing and leading an HP team in a face to face customer location visit if required, vendor meeting, etc.
You will be part of 24x7 on-call support roster
About you :
You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent.
You have significant enterprise product support or relevant IT experience, telecommunication customers.
Primary skills : HPE iHSS, UIR. You are highly knowledgeable in one or multiple of the IT areas, like Windows, Linux, VMware, UNIX, network administration etc.
You are an excellent written and verbal communicator with strong teamwork skills
You have an excellent customer focused mindset and are a problem solver
Quick learner, with ability to comprehend complex systems and you are motivated to help / guide others
You are fluent in English.
