Your mission :

We are currently hiring a full time Junior Retail Controller to join our Controlling team in our HQ in Barcelona.

The Junior Retail Controller is an analytic role responsible for the analysis and reporting related to the performance and the sales activities of Pronovias Own Stores and Franchises.

As part of the Retail Controlling team, it supports the commercial and operations teams providing the right information that will give visibility of the performance of the stores to drive key decisions for the business.

Essential duties & responsibilities :

  • Responsible of the weekly and monthly KPI’s reports for the retail management that provide visibility of the performance of both Own Stores and Franchises
  • Analyse on a weekly basis during post-sales period the productivity of the tailoring team as well as identify workload alarms to ensure all deliveries and fittings are on track.
  • Analyse the results of actual promotional events compared to previous events during sales season and promotional campaigns, plus its impact on sales results
  • Responsible for preparing and sharing with the commercial and operations team the Discounts report identifying stores with high number of discounts, high % of discounts and / or without the right approvals
  • Support to the stores directors in preparing the sales assistants monthly target book
  • Provide support when required on ad hoc requirements
  • Skills :

  • Strong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overviewExcellent planning and organization skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work schedule and work within agreed timescalesFlexibility & AdaptabilityBusiness and commercial mindedAbility to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) - need to communicate to all levels within the business

  • Requirements :
  • Proven knowledge and experience in financial controlling / accounting and / or reporting2- 3 years of experience in a similar positionBachelor’s degree (Business Administration or Economics are valued) Fluent in EnglishProficient in the use of all Office applications including excellent Excel skills.
  • COGNOS and BI tools knowledge are a plus
