Contribute and develop the Accounts Payable process
Contribute to and maintain the harmonized processes being the guardian in the region for SGRE, which means reviewing and preventing unauthorized local deviations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the process e.g. identify potentials for cost reduction or improved quality in collaboration with the Process Champions.
Proactively communicate local requirements and developments that impact the process to Process Champions (e.g. Local GAAP).
Ensure key performance metrics required are in place
Support process transition to CG and any tool Go Live.
Act as an ambassador for the new harmonized processes in the region and be the first level of Accounting support : communicate process approach, status and directions.
SAP implementation project (AGORA)
Participate actively in AGORA during the GAP analysis, template development incl. Business rules and testing (if required).
Facilitate issue resolution during local roll outs in cooperation with Process Champions.
Participate in different task force to support process challenges like backlogs or changes in the process
Report back on the local process roll out status
Develop and train the Regional Accounting Community
Regular communications to the Accounting Community and keep them informed.
Review requirements gathered across the accounting community or other SGRE departments, driving decisions and escalating to the Process Champions, if required.
Contribution for the training on the local Accounting processes.
Interface to Service Delivery
Give feedback about local performance of the service provider
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
More than 5 years of solid working experience with the process ideally in SGRE.
Deep experience and understanding on the Account Payable process including knowledge on best practices and automation potential.
Strong service mindset and performance orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, facilitation and persuasion in a culturally diverse environment.
Communication and influencing skills.
Open for change mindset.
Willing to embrace new ways of working
Technical competence in Local Accounting ERP (RBP and GEP)
Technical competence in SAP master user desirable
Location : Any SGRE location (preferable in US, DK, DE, UK and SP)
