Your role

  • Operate as a leading point of contact for all Installation cases and on top questions from Clients
  • Assist with difficult requests or escalation needs
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to the market according to the Partners and Client needs and objectives
  • Support servicing to end customer
  • Hours and Benefits :

  • Working schedule : 09 : 00 to 18 : 00
  • Salary : 18.000 euros gross / year + up to 2.000 euros gross / year

  • Interest in technology and in 3D printing
  • Native level of Italian
  • Good command of English
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
  • 2 or more years working in the IT sector
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Logical mind & business awareness
  • High affinity for numbers and systems
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Motivated, flexible and reliable
  • Good interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Good presenting / training skills (for sharing standards with colleagues and team-members
  • Develops and maintain plans, strategies and cases while performing all activities including functional, system, regression, performance and productivity behavior
  • Analyzes results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action
  • Possesses heavy customer focus
