About The Position

WebCargo digitizes global freight sales for over 2,000 of the world’s largest logistics providers and carriers. Or, in plain English, we help move the world, offering incredible technology that powers almost a third of the global air cargo market.

We’re not alone either. WebCargo is a proud part of the Freightos Group,, a logistics technology company that’s raised nearly $100 million from investors like GE Ventures, the Singapore Exchange and Aleph, and have gotten the BBC, TechCrunch, and the Wall Street Journal excited about freight.

WebCargo is an equal opportunities employer and we make every effort to ensure that all potential employees are treated fairly and equally.

Webcargo currently collaborates with associations that strive for social inclusion and support people with some type of disability to access and continue in the labour market.

For this reason, we would like to encourage people with disabilities to apply for this role. If this is your case, you will be required to provide an official disability Certificate (>

We are looking for a super star eager to develop their IT career by providing level-one technical support to our team. Yes, we’re geeks.

But everyone needs someone to tell them to restart the router. Reporting directly to our Global IT & Security manager you will work closely but remotely with our IT Engineer to keep the IT ticking like a Swiss clock in our beautiful new office in Torre Agbar.

You will be the Count of Computers or the Duchess of Desktops, supporting our employees across a range of software and hardware systems.

When things go wrong (and they do), you’ll help troubleshooting and solve them. And while Windows can make you want to throw a computer out of the window, you’ll make sure to bring a customer-centric, and friendly attitude to your work and colleagues.

And you will have tons of options to upgrade your skills and learn something new!

When you’re not sitting back and surveying your empire of perfectly functioning IT, you’ll be responsible for :

  • Assisting with technical issues, questions, and problems in a timely manner. Staring at Blue Screens of Death for too long gets boring.
  • When those brand new printers, PCs or laptops come in, you’ll get to unbox them (fun, right) and get them up, running, and part of the Freightos family.
  • Sometimes the right ping just doesn’t pong. You’ll resolve problems with networks and other computer systems. Kinda like Keanu Reeves but with fewer evil computer networks. We hope.
  • The right fix starts with the right diagnosis. You’ll help identify system errors and other issues
  • Installing or repairing software to fix issues
  • Timely information, communication and interaction with colleagues regarding global IT projects.
  • Requirements

    Basic Qualifications :

  • You have been doing this for at least 3 years.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
  • We’re a diverse crew. Diverse enough to need both PC and Mac skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Work Space and G Suite
  • Good communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Well organized, with high attention to detail. Like any good pirate knows, the right patch makes all the difference.
  • The regular basics like being tech-savvy, having great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to fly.
  • But we’re willing to compromise on the last one.

    Preferred qualifications :

  • Meraki or Cisco knowledge
