  • Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing utilities, IPP, developer and EPC customers, expanding sales coverage of the company in France and providing strong service to the new and existing accounts
  • Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company’s sales plan in Spain
  • Identify and develop key accounts
  • Negotiation and follow up of contracts
  • Manage entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company’s related internal departments
  • Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of modules and to advise customers of stock status
  • Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities
  • Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customers, regions and company’s organization to ensure a long-term business partnership
  • Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences
  • Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements
  • Preparation of Rolling Forecast
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 7-8 years previous experience within a similar role in an international company, ideally in the solar energy sector.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a structured approach to high level relationships.
  • Strong bias for customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers
  • Proactive self-starter and problem solver
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Current Market contacts and strong network.

  • Self-motivated and able to effectively manage His / her time.

  • Languages :

    Excellent Spanish and English language skills both spoken and written. Any further European language skills is a plus
