We are looking for : Shopper Excellence Manager
In this role, you have the opportunity to :
To be responsible for making sure that commercial organization is led into the right direction in terms of shopper fundamentals;
Set or translate the right and relevant strategy as well as targets for ISE&OLE aligning with Commercial Leader, CML, SM&E Lead and BMM;
Enable the organization with tooling and analytics to help identify gaps and opportunities on shopper fundamentals;
Maintain strong collaboration between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customers’ needs / requirements, consumer and shopper behaviors as well as category strategies to achieve POS excellence with win-win mindset;
Closely collaborate with sales channel leaders, CMMs, Shopper activation managers, CatMan experts and MI&A for continuous improvement on fundamentals;
Stay above Chinese wall, providing promo G2M guidelines while driving value creation and extraction via orchestrating promo calendar and driving promo effectiveness targets;
Lead or participates zone squads.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
Degree on marketing / business administration is preferred;
Previous experience in sales and shopper marketing at least 4 years;
Proficiency in Excel and understanding of Vistex / FIORI, ISE and OLE tooling;
Customer and consumer first mindset;
Analytical and strategic thinking;
Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English and Spanish.
