As Center and Training Coordinator you are in the center of our operations including :

  • Organize all Talent Management Formats (Development Centers, Readiness Checks, Events) together with external and internal partners
  • Set up yearly and quarterly planning together with external partners and internal interfaces
  • Support new Talent Management projects and formats with logistic designs and implementation
  • Communication with all Stakeholder groups (Talents, Managers, Assessors) on multiple channels
  • Support Communication for global Talent Management Projects and Run Business
  • Manage Customer Communities via different channels
  • Ongoing improvement and development of Talent Management data framework and tools
  • Invoicing for all Talent Management offers to Business Cost Centers
  • Key Requirements

  • Experience in training and event coordination
  • Practical Know-How in training administration tools, like Success Factors or similar
  • Customer-focus and passion for organization
  • Self-driven working style and good communication skills
  • Proactive and creative approaches to new topics
  • Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing
  • Solution-focus and agile mind-set
