ExperiencedBusiness &Sales Developer (Chemical & Pharmaceutical sector)

  • At TechnipFMC, you will ensure, in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector, from business development to the delivery of the assigned proposal(s) within time and quality constraints, TechnipFMC tendering procedures and commercial / bid strategy;
  • by coordinating all involved departments : technical, project execution, contract, estimation, finance etc, following up to the signature of the contract and yearly sales objective(s).

    Job description

  • Active participation in the strategic definition of the area,together with the Director of the area and the Commercial Management
  • Preparation and presentation of the Business Plan proposal
  • Prospecting Plan Definition and implementation
  • Offers preparation and presentation
  • Negotiation of contracts until their achievement
  • Customer after-sales follow-up, in coordination with the Director of the Division
  • Track sales objectives
  • Participation of the coordination and monitoring of the activity with the area and the International Business Unit
  • Reporting lines and interaction

  • Reports directly to the Commercial Department Manager
  • Continued work interaction and in full collaboration with the Division of Operations / Operations
  • Direct collaboration with the Technical Coordination of Resources and the different disciplines and production departments
  • Punctual reports to the General Director and regular reports to the International Business Unit Director.
  • You are meant for this job if you have :

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related.
  • Minimum requirement 5 years of experience in a similar function.
  • Deep knowledge of business development in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector, in a national and international scope.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, Catalan and French
  • Availability to travel
