We're hiring across all areas, especially in our EMEA Indirect Sales team and in our Pre-sales organisation. 2019 has been a fantastic year for our Channel business, growing by over 100% YoY.

As we enter 2020 we will continue this growth and drive towards the Channel representing an increasing part of Zendesk EMEA’s business.

To support this, we're now looking for another Channel Solutions Consultant to join the team.

Job Overview :

As our Channel Solutions Consultant you'll be responsible for providing functional and technical support to the Zendesk Channel sales team in Southern Europe, as well as our partners (BPOs, Resellers, SIs etc.).

As we continue to grow our alliances organisation globally, this pivotal role will support the on-boarding, enablement, and ongoing deal and product support for our key partners in the region.

We're a multi-product company, so whether your background lies in Customer Experience, Contact Centre, CRM, BI / Analytics, Chat or other enterprise SaaS software solutions we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll do :

Pitch and support the acquisition of new partners

Technical training and product updates

Enabling partners to deliver high-quality product demos

Educate our Partners in how they can utilise the Zendesk product set to add value to their customers

Partner run’ in-flight opportunity support

Provide 1 : 1 and 1 : Many Roadmap & Product updates, both remote and face-to-face

Required :

3+ years of solutions consulting / pre-sales experience

3+ years working with partners / alliances

Mid-market & Enterprise SaaS software selling experience

Based in Milan or Madrid, speaking fluent English as well as Italian or Spanish

Demonstrable experience in meeting business requirements with technical solutions

Excellent solution scoping abilities and strong ability to influence new product development.

Experience with Zendesk using our existing solutions advantageous

Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills

Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment and be a great multi-tasker

Willingness to travel.
