The Network & Telecom Service Manager will be leading all worldwide operations around network and telephony, putting in place an efficient global organization, and processes, in order to support and drive this critical infrastructure service, making sure that the support, monitoring, reporting, change management and evolution of network services, are in line with business expectations, offering the end-users a state of the art experience, in consuming digital services.
The ideal candidate is experienced in managing corporate networks, transformation to Hybrid and SDWAN technologies, with an excellent knowledge in cloud-based security solutions.
An experience with rolling out, operating or supporting SDWAN technologies would be a plus.
He, She, has the necessary technical knowledge and basics to lead and challenge external telco partners in charge of supporting daily the environment, from a technical and functional perspective.
The challenges in regard to latency, peering, SAAS apps, and how network solutions can help in overcoming those challenges, are topics where the service manager needs to show experience and deep knowledge.
Managing teams remotely, leading steering committees, technical decisions, and reporting to C-LEVEL are part of the expectations in regard to this position.
