  • from the creation of rich authentic profiles, to community discovery, meaningful connections and conversation with matches and ultimately a successful transition to dating.

    We are looking for a senior product manager for our Advocacy team, who will help us lead the way in defining the future of online dating.

    We want to be the most recommended dating App in the world, and using Advocacy as your North Star, you will help ensure our core mission values are coming to life in an authentic, meaningful way at every step in the dating journey.

    To be right for this role, you will have demonstrable experience of translating a mission and values into an exceptional experience at a product-led B2C brand.

    You have evidence of your success in bringing innovative product features successfully to market, and a track record of ongoing exceptional execution.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Define and win buy-in to the vision and strategy for the Advocacy theme.

    Identify, explore and validate opportunities for Bumble to create moments of advocacy at every step in the user journey. When and why do people advocate for Bumble, and how can we double down on those?

    Utilise the right mix of conviction, market research, customer research, and data to identify the best possible solutions to those opportunities and craft an impactful roadmap.

    Be accountable for setting and delivering against ambitious product goals that maximise customer value and set Bumble apart as a mission-driven product.

    Independently align leadership, partner teams and key stakeholders (esp product marketing) across the company with your roadmap.

    Empower your product team with the context and customer understanding they need to be self-driven and customer-centric in their approach.

    Work with your team to become a centre of excellence on what makes people choose a dating App, what the opportunities are to delight our customers and why they recommend us to friends and family.

    EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years on a digital-first B2C product, ideally mobile-based.

    Specific experience of building a consumer product at millions of users scale, or starting your own business is a plus.

    Previous experience working in or championing women’s rights, gender equality, or on a product designed specifically to help women (e.g. femtech) is a plus.

    You will keep the customer and the value we need to deliver for that customer at the centre of everything you and the team do.

    You make speaking to customers and understanding their needs part of your process without compromise.

    You are a confident, clear communicator (both verbal and written) who can create the right narrative to share your ideas at every level in an organisation.

    You run a sophisticated product discovery process, judging which assumptions to validate and where to proceed with conviction.

    You are data-literate and data-informed, but also highly mission-driven and can confidently make value based product decisions.

    You love to learn and are constantly looking for opportunities to grow yourself and your impact.

    You have a whatever-it-takes attitude to making your team successful.

    You are deeply passionate about creating healthy relationships with respect, equality, empowerment and safety at their core.
