The candidate will lead the Channel Builder sales team and the quotation department and will be responsible to implement the division strategy in the channel assigned.
He / She will have to prepare the annual channel sales plan and implement it in his / her team with the goals of increasing the volume and number of opportunities won in the assigned channel.
In order to track the development of the plan, the use of sales force is a must. He / She will be a member of EP Spain Sales Steering committee.
As a manager the candidate must keep the team motivation high and take ownership of the team competence development.
