POSITION DETAILS Position Title : Head of Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) Department : Transformation Office (TO) within the Global Operations

Location : Chatillon, Paris area; Barcelona, Spain; Shannon, Ireland orRedhill (south of London)

Role Type : Permanent DIMENSIONS OF ROLE

The Head of ChangeManagement Center of Excellence (CoE) for Transformation programs drives AXAPartners Change Management CoE to support the Transformation program at theglobal and local level.

The purpose of the CoE is to share and benefit from the best practicesacross the change management community and strengthen change management at theAXA Partners level for the benefit of the Transformation Program.

The Head of ChangeManagement CoE will manage a team of around 15 change managers.

She / He will be :

  • In charge of staffing, up skilling and sourcing members, as the members are hierarchically reporting to them
  • In charge of maintaining the use of methodological frameworks to ensure the same level of practices & mindset for the people doing the same job.
  • She / He will ensure strong collaboration and connection with key stakeholderssuch as : Head of Transformation, Head of Regions, Head of Business Units, Headof Internal Communication and HR Center of Expertise.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Design, implement, and leadthe Change Management CoE to enhanceChange Management maturity within the Business Units and functions among theoverall AXA Partners geographies :

  • Lead andfacilitate the Change Management CoE across BUs / Functions / Geographies to ensureconsistent delivery, best practice sharing, and common change levers / synergiesamong Change Managers.
  • Standardizeand champion robust and consistent Change Management disciplines across theChange Management CoE
  • Supportthe active sharing of lessons learned across the Change Managers community
  • DevelopChange capabilities in the Transformation community & broader organization
  • Manage thespecific needs, issues, and level of satisfaction within the BusinessUnits / functions / Geos regarding the CoE.
  • Participate in theTransformation Office collaboration, governance, and monitoring :

  • Activelycollaborate with the other areas of the Transformation office, including theHead of Project Management CoE, the Agile Lead, and associated individuals
  • Developregular progress reports on the activities and impact of the Change Managementcommunity for the Head of Transformation and define KPI to demonstrate how theChange Management CoE delivers impacts
  • Engageproactively in problem-solving and action planning with the Head ofTransformation to drive the Transformation at all levels
  • Contributeto ensure One Team collaboration within the global Transformation Program.
  • Manage, as necessary,directly the Change Management of some transversal and strategic projectsacross AXA Partners to ensure consistency of roll out, secure alignment acrossall dimensions and the long-term success of the business Transformation :

  • EnsureChange Management activities for selected projects, as required by theTransformation program liaising with Internal communication and HR
  • Guaranteean impactful and high-level employee adoption for the selected projects
  • AlignChange solutions across dimensions to participate in the creation of a One AXAPartners .
  • Detect and activate all the efficiency and synergies levers thanks tobest practices reuse, sourcing optimization and sharing transversal resources :

  • Ensure theoptimization of the resources across the BUs, functions and Geographies throughthe standardization of the practices and roles of the people
  • Identifythe key people able to have a transversal role, share these resources acrossthe BU, functions and Geographies and ensure they are delivering homogenizedwork in the different areas and in the same quality.
  • Manage and develop people providing a relevant career path to theChange Managers at AXA Partners, as well as defining and launching a sourcingstrategy :

  • With thesupport of HR, define adequate career path and learning solutions to ensure theup skilling of Change Managers
  • Guaranteestaffing of Change Managers across the organization and ensure optimalfunctioning and synergies across the Change Managers CoE
  • Ensure anefficient sourcing by hiring, establishing and reinforcing globally with one ortwo key partners. The aim is to internalize part of the Change Managers anddevelop this capability internally.
  • In collaboration with the global communication teams which coordinateslocal communication actions, contribute to the development and execution ofcommunications around the progress of the Transformation program across AXAPartners organization

  • Engagewith the global AXA Partners communication teams to ensure consistency inmessaging across the Transformation projects and programs as well as to ensure alignment with the globalcommunication strategic agenda
  • Supportand collaborate with the global AXA Partners communication teams to target andsend out communications to all employees through various and innovativecommunication channels
  • Collaborate,and feed the global com team with roadmap and relevant content to ensure arobust com plan to be rolled out to all employees.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary to stayup to date on the latest change management practices for the effectiveperformance of the role

  • Drive the best of change management within AXA Partners by capitalizing on best practices and initiatives, both internal and external to the organization.
  • Maintain a pulse on industry best practice around change management external to AXA Partners by participating in external events such as conferences, meet-ups and dedicated associations.
  • Qualifications

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience, technical & functional knowledge and skills

  • Significant experience in a similar function andchallenges (within a Company and / or a Consulting firm)
  • Proven experience in achange management leadership role with organizational-wide or global impact
  • Recognized expertiseon change management and communication approach and methodology
  • Experience in leadingteams and communities of change personnel to produce results across largeportfolios
  • Proven track record ofstrategically aligning people and communications resources, and other assets,to achieve desired strategic outcomes
  • Experience of workingat a senior / executive level in a complex environment, managing multipletransformation projects would be a plus
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills and ability to animate differentand large groups of people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication andpresentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in English.
  • Education and professional qualifications

  • Bachelors / undergraduate degree required
  • Masters / advanced degree ideally in Change Management and or business, orrelated subject, a plus.
