JOB SUMMARY

People Team (HR) is responsible for People at Inspectorio, aka Inspectorians! Our mission is to make Inspectorio a unique place to work, a place where Inspectorians feel welcome, connected, recognized, motivated, empowered, and one where Inspectorians are growing and developing every day.

We make this happen by continuously improving People processes from Hiring, Onboarding to Performance Management, Professional Development, Compensation & Benefits, Engagement & Communication, until Offboarding.

As a People Operations Specialist, you are part of this important and exciting journey. Your main responsibilities will be on Administration, Payroll & Benefits Execution, Employee Data & Documentation.

Besides, you would support various activities within the People when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PAYROLL & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION, EMPLOYEE DATA & DOCUMENTATIONS

  • Responsible for administering Payroll and Benefits following global and local policies on time in full
  • Communicate and advise managers and employees of changes and developments related to Payroll and Benefits on time in full
  • Analyze pay scale to ensure compliance with wage and labor laws
  • Understand and maintain local knowledge and practices for Labor Law, Tax Compliance, Social Insurance, Trade Union, etc.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Implement and maintain employee Data and Documents related to payroll and benefits on a real-time, accurate, and complied basis.
  • Ensure adherence to all Employee Data & Document Retention, Reporting and Audit requirements
  • Have experience in working with local Government departments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • OFFICE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT

  • Office management, facilities management, computer set up, office procurement, cleaning & security services arrangement.
  • Travel arrangements and visa / work permit processing for foreign employees.
  • Asset / Inventory management & maintenance.
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks where needed.
  • GENERAL SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE TEAM

  • Provide support to employees in various People Team related topics.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of People Team policies & processes, Data Management.
  • Provide support in Projects & ad-hoc tasks where needed.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent practical experiences.
  • 3 - 5 years related experiences in international companies, preferable in IT / Tech industry.
  • Solid experience in local Payroll & Benefits execution.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality
