Reporting to the CFO based in Madrid, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions :

  • Accurate financial record keeping in compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
  • Rolling forecasting and budgeting
  • Month end management reporting of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow projections.
  • Business partnering key local and international stakeholders.
  • Preparation of in-depth financial analysis and insightful narrative to support the business in strategic and operation discussions.
  • Preparation of executive presentations for the business unit leadership team.
  • Tracking and improvement of key financial metrics.
  • Cash flow and working capital management.
  • Driving process improvement, operational efficiencies and cost savings.
  • System optimisation and automation of manual processes.
  • Potential involvement in BI, RPA, Al and data visualisation projects.

    • Perfil buscado (h / m)

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting / Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
  • Information technology, data science, statistics or equivalent studies are valued.
  • Big Four Experience.
  • 5+ years in similar position within a multinational company.
  • Experience working with complex global financial information systems and controls to provide consistent a delible information.
  • Expert in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail
  • Flexible, able to work under pressure and to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work across functional areas and to interact with individuals at all levels in the organisation.

    Salary package : 45.000 - 55.000 euros fixed salary + bonus.
